Christina Haack was born in Anaheim California, on the 9th July 1983. Her first job was in the real estate industry. She came across Tarek el Moussa in the industry of real estate. This couple enjoyed tremendous success up until the crash of 2008 which saw real estate developers as well as house flippers and other property owners went broke. Tarek El Moussa and Christina El Moussa were nearly financially bankrupted after the market crash in 2008. They went from living in the cost of a house that was $6,000 per month, to an apartment that cost $750 per month. They gradually rebuilt their business and their economy. HGTV and Rise to Fame In 2011 Tarek sought out a partner to assist him in creating the HGTV audition tape, which featured his and Christina flipping a house from the beginning to the end. The tape was in the hands of executives from a production company known as Pie Town Productions. They instantly fell in love with Tarek's and Christina's love story. They signed a contract in 2012 together with HGTV. The series "Flip of Flop", premiered on April 13th, 2013. In seven seasons, the show ran from 2013 until 2017. Christina and Tarek had to buy houses typically in Orange County. After spending several weeks on upgrades then they'd flip the houses for a profit. Tarek is focused on removal and remodeling and renovations, while Christina focuses more on the design. She also makes sure that everything runs on schedule.
